What is the process to put the rel = prev and rel = next tags in the blog?

Hi,
I am using Hello theme + Elementor Pro. In the options of the blog of elementor pro I have put the pagination. but when entering in page 2, and view source code, the tags rel = prev and rel = next aren’t shown as recommended by Google.
