what is the process of passing level1?

Hello plugin author, thanks for this plugin. I hope you are busy for make better things for us. I am new user this plugin. I install this plugin in my localserver. I have one confusin where user pass level. I don’t get any option about that. Where user can see his/her level or how to pass level or how can admin add level for a new user. What is the process. If possible give me this solution.
