What is the post type name of the ticket

    Thanks for contacting us.

    In SupportCandy version 2, replies are stored in post table with wpsc_ticket_thread post type and tickets are stored in wpsc_ticket table.

    In SupportCandy version 3, all data is stored in custom tables.
