We’re still on 8.1x, which has end of life this year, and will be forced by our university to update periodically. We do get deprecated PHP warnings through the query monitor (Automatic conversion of false to array is deprecated) related to the Gravity Forms Bridge. I’m hoping that the Bridge works with later versions of PHP and will be maintained. If anyone is using it successfully with a later version of PHP, please let me know. I suppose I have the same question for main Awesome Support plugin, too. Thank you!

    Hi @slatapolsky

Thank you for reaching out. The required PHP version for the Gravity Forms Bridge is PHP 7.1 (with 7.3 or later recommended). The core version of Awesome Support is fully compatible with all the latest PHP versions, and we recommend using PHP 7.3.4 or later. I hope this helps!

Since Gravity Forms Bridge is a premium extension, I won’t be able to assist with questions related to it here. However, you can always open a ticket with us through our dedicated support forum:

If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
