Where is the From name and email address set?

Hello,

When an email is sent to the admin, and also the user using:

Bcc: [email protected]

I am using the following Mail tab settings:

To: [email protected]

From: [email protected]

And in Additional Headers:

Bcc: [email protected]
Reply-To: [email protected]

When the message gets delivered to both admin and the user it comes from
[the name of the site] and email address [email protected]

I haven’t set..

1) the name of the site
nor
2) [email protected]

…in the above settings so where are these being taken from and how can they be set?
