Your theme has a style for avatars so use the following code :

.fav-ul-list .avatar{border-radius:30px;}

I test it and it works !

I believe you. it should work, but somehow it has no effect when i enter it.
i also added it to my child-theme .css but not working
maybe it gets overwritten. any other idea ?
