What is the correct procedure for instaling an autoresponder on wp

Autoresponders are generally for email. What is it you’re trying to do? Be a bit specific like “I want all emails too <foo> to be replied to with <info>” or something ??

I need to know how I use it on my sites, the instructions say:-

1. Upload the folder “future” on your web host.
2. Create a database for Future 2019 AD Autoresponder. Future 2019 AD
Autoresponder can also share the same database with other applications
you may have on the host.
3. Chmod folder ‘inc’ to 0777
4. Direct your browser to install.php.
Then you have to enter the database access parameters and to choose
password for administrator.
5. Schedule sender.php to run as a cron job once per day or once per
hour (Setting it to once per hour will take care for delayed sending of
newsletter emails and will not disturb the autoresponder emails in any way).
I don’t know what I’m supposed to do and I have four sites I want to be able to use it with. I get the use with email part but first I need it accessible by my sites.
The instructions are not as expansive as I need as I’m still not very PC savvy.
