what is the best wordpress architecture I should use ??

    I’d like to know the best way to match these needs:
    – using posts only in a section of the site which will be a pure blog
    – using categories only in the blog
    – using pages/sub-pages with a hierarchical structures
    – using twitter/FB automatic pushes only with this one or that one category, and not the other

    Does it make sense ?
    Any ideas especially about the use of pages for a big part of the site and posts only for the blog part ?
