What is the best way to search for urls that are NOT https?

I read on your FAQ page that I could damage my WP database by inputting the wrong kind of search. I don’t want to do that but you didn’t tell us what kind of search could result in damaging the database.
For example: If wanted the search to find every URL that did not start with https, what would you suggest I use to start the search? Just type “http” (with no quotes) in to the search box?
