What is the best plugin for an extensive form?

Currently we are having random issues with the plugin we use and are looking to get something more secure, even if that means we have to pay for something. Currently we are using ‘Visual Form Builder’ –

The forms need to have all options, radios, checkboxes, long & short text etc..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated –
