What is the best plug-in for embedding videos?

Hey,

I’ve been embedding a lot of videos on my website lately, but the plugin i’ve currently got isn’t doing the job as well as I hoped. It’s called “Youtube Brackets”

I was wondering what does everybody else use? Which is the current best for what I need.

I want to embed videos in full HD from my youtube channel – although embedding from vimeo is also a possiblility.

Any sugestions? ??
