What is the alternative to JetPack at www.remarpro.com ?

I am wondering how not to register with wordpress.com to use Jetpack and what I can do to replace it’s capabilities? I just got an account with HostGator which had the 4.9.4 version of wordpress and trying to avoid any use of wordpress.com and their royaltyfree use of any of my site. May be looking at this all wrong but…
