• Hello,

I was working on my site and noticed that I needed to update some plugins. So I did and now I have this glorious error message…

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /data/20/1/117/52/1932378/user/2106624/htdocs/home/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 38

What I am supposed to do (please in Plain English…! as I am NOT a tech girl!)

    Thank you

Your webpage took too long to load. It’s loading too much stuff and was aborted.

    Hi Andrew.
Thank you for your reply. The trouble is I can not access anymore my dashboard…???!!! What should I do?
    Thanks

    Hi Esmi

I looked at your link. It said : This plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

Is it still OK to download it? Also I have only few photos so how can I be out of memory..? I have no video or mp3..!

    Thank you for your help

    Try steps 1 – 4.

    Esmi,

I downloaded it but since I can not access my admin page at all…

So then I look at steps 1-4 like you told me.

What does talk to your host mean on line 4 ?

    “Host” like www.remarpro.com?

If yes, I don’t see how to contact them…? I need someone to do it for me as I am clueless on how to myself…

The steps 1-4 are too complicated for my knowledge in computing…

You need to contact the company who hosts your site. That’s not www.remarpro.com.
