what is Remove Transient Options?

    Hi, i have installed your plugin in 4-5 websites of mine. Well, on every website it empty every thing but Remove Transient Options stays the same. i mean your plugin does not clean that. I need to know what is Remove Transient Options so that i can be clear that why or why not i should empty it?

    Hi,

    Transient Options are like a basic cache system used by WordPress.

    Clearing these options before a backup will help to save space in your backup files.

    You should not loose anything by removing the transient options, as that system is build to rebuild the cache of transient options after a specified period of time of if they do not exist.
