Please use Start IP and End IP both as : 103.111.45.28

You need to use your IPv4 address. If your IP changes in future just use the updated IPv4 address.

From the screenshot it seems you are using WordPress on localhost. For localhost use Start IP and End IP as 127.0.0.1

my ip login plugin with https://nira.yesitlabs.xyz/ work fine but i put same website on client server https://web-garage.site/ it not work please tell me what is issue

Did you copy the plugins files on the new site directly or install the plugin from Plugin manager ? It could be possible that the table required is not present.

Can you please check in the database if “ip_based_login” table exists ?

Also can you please let us know exactly what issue you are facing ? You are unable to add the IP range or the login does not work ?
