“What is Klarna” is not displayed at checkout.

    “What is Klarna” is not displayed at checkout.
    “Hide What is Klarna? link” is unchecked.
    “Float What is Klarna? link” is checked.
    Klarna payment method is available for some countries (for example, Austria, Germany, Finland, Spain).

    How can I fix it? Thanks.

    Hi,

    We know about this problem and we have an internal ticket around this. I have no date when this is planned to be fix yet though.

    I know this worked on version 2.12.1 of KP. So keep your eye on our changelog as then you can see when this has been fixed.

    I am also having this issue – can you please advise if you will fix it along with showing the ‘What is Klarna’ and ‘payment plan info’ info on the product page? The main competitors like Afterpay and Zip both have this ages ago. Thanks!
