Hi, does “Error 404” mean the file can’t be found? Can’t figure out why some images in a folder will convert but others receive this error. Also receiving “Error 0.” I disabled firewall and security plugins, but still no luck. All image extensions checked under General tab.

Hello, wow, I have no idea, that should not happen.

You can receive Error 500 when server has not enough resources to process some huge image, but that’s it…

In my opinion, someone was doing something on website and removed some images during the conversion process… or there are some strict permissions on some images… otherwise I can not imagine how 404 can appear.

And I’ve never heard about Error 0.

Hi, thanks for responding. Even when I changed the folder/file permissions to 777, it still wouldn’t work. It’s only converting .png but not the .jpg files (I’m certain it’s toggled on) and I’m the only one who has access to the server/images. It seems like a great plugin. Even though it didn’t work fully on my site, having the .pngs converted is still a big help.

This is very interesting and I have no idea how it’s possible, but as I’m not allowed to ask you for an access to your server on this forum, then I’m afraid I can not help you more.

It would be possible to investigate this by asking you to do various tests, logs, changes, etc… but it would take a lot of time, that unfortunately I can not afford right now…

If you will be interested to solve this problem in 1-2 months, then we can maybe continue this thread… let me know ??
