    May i know What is Customer Number ? and Sales Rep Number ?

    i can’t find any info in your documentation.

    Hi Gordon,

    If you go to the Customers tab in the plugin admin and click on a customer there, you’ll be able to see their customer ID. This ID can be used in the customer form (i.e. the form generated by the [customer-form] shortcode) to view all orders for a particular customer. The exact same thing can be done for the sales reps.

    U mean the id is 1 , 2 etc?

    It doesnt work .
    System always prompt me below error :

    Order Information
    There is no customer with the ID 1 and an e-mail of [ =]

    dear incharge,
    I tried today with few attempts by changing the options too. the IDs works today but found out that the customer id is always zero.
    customer id = 0

    Suggest we can have function to change the customer and sales rep ID too as id as 1, 2, 3 is too unsecure.

    If you have the email confirmation on, then you need to also enter the corresponding email address for the specific customer or sales rep ID. Additionally, if you enable the email confirmation, it makes it more secure, as someone would have to know both the ID and corresponding email address.
