What is “ct_mouse_moved” cookie?

I’m trying to list for visitors all cookies my site uses.
“ct_mouse_moved” shows as present but I can find no information on who publishes this, how it appears in my site (eg, via a plug-in) or what it does.
Can anyone help?
The tools for site owners to track and understand cookies do seem rather limited: tracking sites I tried include explanations like “not classified”, which does not inspire confidence.
