what is column extras_post_id in database table wp_ngg_pictures for?

  • I had a topic here a while back about what column extras_post_id in databse-table wp_ngg_pictures was used for.

    I got a quick response from you – it is used for:

    “… each record in our custom tables have an associated record in the post table, which we use to extend the schema of an entity (gallery, image, or album).”

    Do you think you could give me a more detailed answer?

    We are trying to import images from another image database, and we need to fill this column with something – it is not allowed to be null – but we have no idea what value we should use.

    Would very much appreciate your input on this!
