What is “Clear Sessions” in the Tools

    Pretty much what the topic says: what is “Clear Sessions” function, and should I be running it periodically as the number grows month after month? I tried searching all support materials and online, to no avail. Thank you!

    Sunshine stores the user’s cart in a session within the database. Every day it should be running to automatically clean up any sessions that are older than 30 days to keep the database optimized. In some instances, this automated cleanup process does not happen because of another plugin or theme conflict of some kind. This Tool gives you the ability to manually clean up those sessions.
