What is causing my redirect?

Hi. Hope someone can help.
I just finished my blog and now ready to make it live. But when I am looking trying to get to https://www.studiosimplicity.com/wp-admin/
I get taken to this:
What does this mean and what’s causing this? I did not put any redirect on my site except to change the WP url and blog URL to https://www.studiosimplicity.com
