What is Best WP Cache Plugin for Non-Techie Person

  • My site slow as molasses. What is best and simplest wp cache plugin. I am not a developer so make it easy guys.

    I have WPTotal 3 cache but I haven’t gotten a clue how to configure it and developer charge $150 -I need a simple one unless someone can help me set this up via skype.
