What is best membership payment plugin for Payflow Recurring?

    I want to use Payflow Pro recurring (which is part of PayPal products). Which plugin is best?

    Note that it is not PayPal recurring. I know several plugins has PayPal recurring.

    This is just for membership, not WooCommerce.

    In addition, are membership plugins (for example, s2members, wp-members) usually light to use and will not consume too much server resources?
