What is an alternative to the P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler) plug-in?

I’d like to use a plug-in that checks how my plug-ins are impacting my website speed and performance.

I discovered the P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler) plug-in, which seems to be doing that, but when I checked the reviews, they were rather bad (website crashed, does not work as it’s supposed to, etc.)

Does anyone know a great alternative to this plug-in? Is there a web tool that can do that maybe?
