what image is used in top posts?

    Hi,

    i thought the Featured Image was used in Top posts but is it compressed somehow as i have tried to make it bigger than the default 40px but its all pixelated.

    My featured images are large images so shouldnt be any compression so I think jetpack must be doing something to the image?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    The widget does indeed use the Featured Image, but only if it’s bigger than 200x200px.

    I checked your site, and it seems you have enlarged the images to 80px instead of the default 40px. However, the images there are resized by the Photon module to be 40px.
    You would consequently need to edit the plugin’s code to serve larger images. Try editing this line to serve bigger images.
