What if you want to send weekly reports just to a email

Hi,
I don′t know if this is the right place to ask about this or if it′s implemented at mailpoet. I would like to send a weekly report a each of my customers. Basically it′s a analytics report about their blog visits, so the template is the same and the URLs change.

Is there a method to set up a template, include the customer URLs and just send it weekly to just one email?. I know, if you get 100 customers, that means 100 emails and probably downsize server response. So I appreciate ideas ??
