What if user already on list?

    Hello!
    I just installed the plugin on my membership website and chose to automatically subscribe users to my email list and an interest group. I have an automation which is triggered when a user subscribes to the list.
    What I would like to know is, what if the user is already on the list, then decides to buy a new membership / extends his old membership. Will the user be re-added to the list or does nothing happen when the email address already exists on the list? Will the automation start from the beginning or not?
