What If someone abandons then buys but not through email

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

In the plugin settings, you will set time once a customer abandons his cart, the plugin will send an abandoned email.

+ If the customer checkout before that set schedule, the plugin will not send the abandoned email.
+ If checking out (not through Email) after the set time, the abandoned email, of course, be sent to inform the customer. And when the customer checkout successfully, an abandoned email will not be sent.

I don’t think you understood my question. If someone checks out without using the email will they still get an email for abandoned cart? Or will it not send because the email is now showing as purchased. Does the plugin know that the person bought even though they bought it without clicking on the abandoned email sent.

What I am trying to say is how does it know if the customer purchased the item by coming back on their own terms? I had a user who put an item in the cart then abandoned it. He later came back before the email was sent out to purchase the item. But then the email was sent to the user because email is set to send after 1 hour. So with this plugin how does it know is it tied into the customers email through woocommerce?

I am sorry for not clarifying this problem.

This plugin detects the customer by email. On the checkout, when the customer leaves his email, the plugin will base on that email address to remove the old abandoned.
