Sorry again and also for my bad english ??

Is it possible to modify original template file and to store it elsewhere then in the plugin-folder, so it won’t get lost after an update?

    regards from austria
    Franz

Thx Vladimir, but I don’t have to alter a loop template… I had to make some changes in the expand-shortcode-template as you can see here Scroll down a little (Alle Schritte anzeigen)

Unfortunately, there’s no support for custom templates in shortcodes other than the su_posts

?? So I have to save the expand.php and reupload it after each update. Hmmmmm… maybe a coder can fork into that? My skills are to low to do that.

    Thanks so far

There’s an option to alter the whole shortcode, using the su/data/shortcodes filter.

Holy Moly … thanky you for that hint, but for that I need to learn a little more or some more tutorials/advice.

THx for your great work ?? Bought the extra shortcodes add-on. Love it.

    Hello Vladimir,
    Hallo Franz.

Is there perhaps the possibility – as a workaround – to copy a shortcode with the the paid plugin “Shortcode Creator” and then – as a new shortcode – to modify it?

    Hello @istag,

sure, it can be done but that also requires coding skills. The code from the exapnd.php file will not work with the Shortcode Creator without modification.
