What happens when exceeding the order number length?

    Hi everyone,

    I use the plugin with the following settings:
    Order number format: [Number]
    Order number length: 4
    Start Number: 1001

    What happens when it reaches order #9999? Is the next order #10000 (5 characters)? Or due to the configuration being limited to 4, is the result different?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    After reaching order 9999, the next order number will indeed become 10000. The plugin always uses the actual order number as the base and then adds leading zeros, if necessary, to match the desired length set in the configuration.
