What happens to recipes if plugin is deactivated?

    I have installed your free WP Ultimate Recipe plugin but I have yet to use it because I’m wondering what happens to the recipes I create if I end up deactivating your plugin in the future. Is my recipe data stored somewhere on my server? In what format? Or is it deleted when I deactivate and delete the plugin? Do you extract any of my recipe data and store it elsewhere?

    Hi there,

    Our recipes are basically custom post types, so they are saved in your database like normal posts. Deactivating and deleting WP Ultimate Recipe won’t delete the recipes either, you could still access them directly in your database.

    We don’t extract any of your data, we don’t have access to it either.

    I have the same question. It’s great to know the recipe won’t be lost if the plugin must be deactivated for whatever reason. Please, could you give some guidance where are the recipe found in the database? And eventually how to extract it?
