What happens to premium blocks if not renewed on 2nd year?

GenearetePress is a theme, it does not hvae blocks, do you mean the block element?

If so, they will continue working, but the GP Premium plugin won’t get updated.

I mean this:

Billed once per year until cancelled

The plugin will continue working for a long time, but leave plugins like that without updating might cause security issue and the layout might eventually break.
