What happens if a categorie/tag/product is neither included nor excluded?

  • I’m trying to use it based on product tags and it seems that all gateways for which I specify any tag on neither the Include nor Exclude are then automatically included.
    Because I made 1 product with a tag included that tag in Direct Payment and I excluded it in Credit card. Now at checkout I see all payment gateways except for Credit Card. Which suggests that the Include field is obsolete….if I don’t Exclude it, it is thus Included.
    Don’t get me wrong, for me it’s fine if this is how it works …. I just want to know for sure. If this is indeed how it works, maybe the Include field should be removed. Because in principle a gateway is available or not (2 possible states), but the plugin offers that it is Included, Excluded or None of the two (3 possible states), which is a bit confusing.

    I apologize for not responding to this post before, we had many projects going on that minimized time available for generic support.
    Please respond to this post if you still have the issue and/or interested in giving the plugin another try where we will be able to solve it.
