What happened too qTranslate-X or qTranslate Plus

I have used both of these plugins however I now can no longer get them from the wordpress plugins so what happened? I know I can use WPML as an alternative however a lot of the websites I have built use qTranslate-X or qTranslate Plus and it takes me a shorter time to build them in comparison websites with WPML.
