What Happened to Version 7.2.1?

Hello –

There were notifications that version 7.2.1 was available and we even updated a few client sites to that version, but now we are not seeing that version anywhere?? We’re not even seeing a version 7.2, was this version completely recalled for some reason and should we be rolling back the ones that we updated to version 7.2 and 7.2.1?
