• This is probably not the right place for this question, but where are the Time.ly folks? There is absolutely ZERO contact information on their web site (no phone, email, form, etc.). Their support forums shut down three months ago. I currently have no credit card on file with them and no active plans, but they just charged my credit card $30. How do I get a hold of them?

    You can always contact us for support here on the forum, as we’re very active here.
    For subscriptions and payments please email us at [email protected], with your email to identify your account number, as you might have registered for multiple accounts. We’re very prompt and gladly to help!

    We shut down the forum on our website to focus better on this forum, having just one support person.

    Meanwhile, thank you for your feedback, and I will make sure we add proper information to our website!

    I’ve actually added the top text that you can see on this page so that people know the forum is closed. Maybe, as another user suggested we should indeed put it in red bold letter ??
