What happened to support?

I just purchased the Essential Bundle, but haven’t heard a thing regarding where to download the bundle nor the necessary license key(s) to make it work once I’m able to install the pro upgrade.
I’ve created a ticket in hopes of getting some traction on this but haven’t heard a peep for a couple of days now. Searching for some help, I see that I’m not the only one encountering a lack of support.
Is Jason (and crew) still around providing support and maintaining code?
