what happened to single opt-in?

    Please be more clear in your question. What version of the plugin are you referring to. What is the “previous” version that you mention?

    version 6 is the one I have right now – you or someone from yikes sent it to me.

    Inside of the ‘Edit Form’ page, in the right hand sidebar where the ‘Update Form’ button is, there is a section title ‘Optin Settings’. Click that to expand the options. Inside of there you’ll see the option to toggle between single and double optin, send the welcome email and update the existing user if they are previously subscribed to the list.
