  • Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of your theme’s folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek any further theme-specific support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.

    I just did a fresh upload and it still isn’t working

    Try contacting the theme’s developers.
