• I did an update to my big contact on our site and once it was complete all I get now when trying to access anything is a almost complete blank page minus () in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Please help me figure out what happened or at least how to undo or erase anything that might be doing this to us. I don’t mind having to start all over agin from the beginning either.

Have you tried disabling plug-ins to check whether any are responsible?

can we just start from a clean slate?

I have a similar problem. I updated the website as prompted by WordPress and while the website is still on the web and I can get into the log in page, when I enter my password all I get is a page. Nothing.

If it is not fixed somehow the website is finished as I can not get in to edit change content.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder (rename it so it doesn’t load) by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

@mikekingis Please start your own thread.

This morning my 3-year-old site went completely blank — cannot access wp-admin page. I have no idea what to do. Help!
