What Happened this? Ver 3.1

    The reason I started using the “Visitor Traffic Real Time Statistics” plugin

    While upgrading to WP Statistics 12.6.1->13.0.2, the plugin was changed due to inability to access the site, numerous problems, and instability.

    Visitor Traffic Real Time Statistics plug-in is expected to have a problem already, so I am very anxious.

    It looks(visual) also worse than the previous version.

    It will go back to the previous version, and even when applying to the previous version, some data is not visible.

    Q) What tables need to be restored to go back to 2.13?

    Hello,
    Thank you for using our plugin,
    no need to change anything on the database. You can roll back to the previous version.

    We made several changes to the free version because the WordPress team requests to enhance the plugin performance and replace some old libraries.

    I think you need to deactivate/activate the plugin, Clean the site cache, reload the page to get the new charts working.

    otherwise, we would need to access the site to check this issue for you
