What happen when you map a file field?

    Hi! Hope are you ok.

    I want to know what happen when you map a field that receive an attachment file in WordPress to a body field in Salesforce?

    Im trying to send a file from WordPress to a related object in Salesforce, but all tutorials in SF tell that i need to map and send the body (text (file base64 encoded), the name of the file and the contentType (example: application/pdf).

    So, i would like to know what is trying to send a file field in WordPress to Salesforce? The url of the file, the body, the name or anything else?

    Sorry for the noob question. Im pretty new in everything :/
