What happen if some one pay google pay or apple pay?

I want to know what happen to funds if some one pay through google pay or apple pay? is that money go to my stripe? or google apply pays?
When getting google merchant id it ask screenshot like 5. ut when i enable and test actually there are no specific views for 5.I mean I dont have visible these 5 steps. when i click google pay it pop up and shows card select and address select. then confimr it go to checkout. I get that screenshots and uploaded.
