what free themes do deliver what they promiss?

I have downloaded a zillion themes now for my webpage, and getting a bit frustrated. I find a nice theme in the WordPress themelist, a complete site with slider, cta, highlight of services complete with pictures or icons, team-section, client-section, news-section or last posts section, but once a theme is downloaded for live-preview most of these sections are not there! Only a slider and normal blogposts. And the only place on the website for widgets is in the sidebar or footer. So you can not arrange the page yourself either.

Only Zerif light seems to offer a complete site as it promisses. Is this really the only theme, or are there other free themes that offer a wider range of page-options?
