What forum to use with WordPress?

I have the last version of WP.

What is the best forum I can hook up to my website.
I would like to know about the ones that are plug-ins or the ones that have “bridges”.
I want a fairly complicated forum.
It would be a big part of my website.

Yes I have used it and tested it with WP 2.2. No issues so far.
