What exactly does this plugin do?

    I have Redis installed on my server and installed this plugin and configured my wp-config file to enable cache and add my domain. The only option in this plugin is to flush the cache. Is that the only functionality it provides? Do I need a plugin like this to get Redis working with my WordPress site?
