What doest he plugin change?

    To convert a page to a post (or vice versa) does anything else need to be changed besides post_type in the wp_posts table? If so what else gets changed?

    I want to use this but I have a customized site using lots of different plugins and I want to make sure I don’t break something else if I use this – in order to do this I need to get a picture of everything that will change.

    It only changes the post_type column for the post(s) you edit.

    Nothing else. No meta changes. No taxonomy terms.
