What does this plugin do exactly?

    Hi, I have installed this plugin, but have zero clue as to what it’s supposed to do?

    I would like my ACF fields to be blocks, does this plugin do that?

    This plugin adds ready to use blocks (blocks are detailed in description) in conjunction with ACF PRO. ACF PRO offers the ability to build blocks, unlike the free version of ACF. You can read more about that here.So to answer your question: It does not transform your existing fields to blocks but extends ACF PRO with ready to use blocks so you don’t have to build these yourself.
