What does the button ‘order page (condition)’ do?

min, max and step are set by category and product. Works great (archive + product page with qauntity used with theme).
however, after order comes in, i must change quantity of products and order status.
the issue is that i cant change order status if my new quantity doesnt go with qantity rule. BUT i need new quantity to be anything i need.
EX. Min is 0.5, step is 0.1. Client order 1.2 and new quantity is 1.26. – If i change to 1.26, order status doesnt change because 1.26 doest apply 0.1 step.
please! Give me a fast respond.
BTW, I tried with order page on and off. Not helping.

i don’t wont it to change on single product. that function is ok for me as it is now. i have all set already. just to be able to change order status from order page.
please lets me explain agian,
the fix you have sent me, only works on order page when free version is activated.
when pro version is activated as well, it dont not work.
i have renewed support and sent a ticket (an hour ago). but i need this fixed fast.
